Solar Boy - "Krypto's Mean Master!" ADVENTURE COMICS #269 (Feb 1960)

    A boy from another solar system who has powers similar to Superboy's. He tricked Krypto into being his pet in order to torture the Super-Dog for preventing him from stealing apes from an Earth zoo. Eventually Krypto outsmarts him and returns to Superboy.
